Her accounting background with a BS and focus in accounting provided the financial background/understanding of what matters is "the bottom line" and business experience necessary to form and manage a company.  Her real estate skills formed early since construction estimating requires looking at land, the year 2000 opened the door for Linda's new career in real estate.  Linda's nonsense approach and skillset with numbers aligned her second career path to commercial real estate.  Taking her second career to the next level by securing a real estate license, working with her former business partner, and obtaining the covenanted CCIM designation provided the credentials necessary to earn respect in the commercial real estate world. 

Over the years Linda's commercial real estate career expanded to a broader reach of markets including Industrial, Retail, Office, Multifamily, Senior Housing, Special Purpose, but land remains her passion. Today her portfolio of experience includes entitlement and development services by partnering with a variety of professionals on special projects that require entitlement and development services.
