Linda Daniels & Associates, LLC - the culmination of Linda Daniels’ education and professional career that exceeds 30 years.  The evolution to Commercial Real Estate began as an in-house account then estimator for a specialty site construction company where she became the dirt guru. Her detail to attention and bottom-line solution personality provided a strong foundation that later evolved into her first privately owned company, Land Analysis Solutions a precursor to her commercial real estate career, which included co-ownership of a brokerage firm exceeding 15 years, she then founded Linda Daniels & Associates, LLC.

Job Interview

Her accounting background with a BS and focus in accounting provided the financial background/understanding of what matters is "the bottom line" and business experience necessary to form and manage a company.  Her real estate skills formed early since construction estimating requires looking at land, the year 2000 opened the door for Linda's new career in real estate.  Linda's nonsense approach and skillset with numbers aligned her second career path to commercial real estate.  Taking her second career to the next level by securing a real estate license, working with her former business partner, and obtaining the covenanted CCIM designation provided the credentials necessary to earn respect in the commercial real estate world.

Over the years Linda's commercial real estate career expanded to a broader reach of markets including Industrial, Retail, Office, Multifamily, Senior Housing, Special Purpose, but land remains her passion. Today her portfolio of experience includes entitlement and development services by partnering with a variety of professionals on special projects that require entitlement and development services.

Though, over the years, Linda's portfolio has expanded her areas of expertise, the underlying business philosophy remains true and constant... Our guiding principle remains the same; your success built on a foundation of honesty and trust.
